These Terms & Conditions apply to the use of www.utmdelight.com and to enrolment in any course offered by UTM Delight Baking & Culinary Academy. By registering or making a payment you agree to these terms.
Courses and enrolment
- Course content, duration, batch dates and fees are as published on the website or communicated by the academy at the time of enrolment.
- A seat is confirmed only after the applicable registration fee or course fee has been received.
- Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes are charged in addition where stated (“+ Taxes”).
- Examination and certification fees of external bodies (such as City & Guilds) are charged separately unless stated otherwise.
Payments
- Online payments are processed securely by our payment gateway partner. We do not store card, UPI or bank details.
- A payment confirmation is shown after a successful transaction and a receipt is shared on your registered email or phone.
- Loan support through Bajaj Finance is subject to the lender’s eligibility criteria and terms; UTM Delight does not guarantee loan approval.
Conduct and attendance
- Students must follow the academy’s kitchen safety, hygiene and attendance rules.
- Certificates are issued on meeting the attendance and assessment requirements of the course.
- The academy may reschedule classes, change trainers or update course content to maintain quality.
Intellectual property
Recipes, course material, photographs and videos provided by the academy are for personal learning only and may not be copied, sold or published without written permission.
Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Limitation of liability
UTM Delight is not liable for any indirect loss arising from the use of this website or our courses. Our total liability is limited to the fee paid for the course concerned.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts at Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
