Overview:

One-Month Bakery Startup Course (4- 5 Week Program)

Week 1: Foundations & Basics

  • Theory: Introduction to raw materials, equipment, and tools used in baking.
  • Tea Cakes: Techniques for preparing both domestic and commercial tea cakes.

Week 2: Cakes & Decor

  • Cream Cakes: Learn to prepare pastry sponges, basic flavored cakes, glaze icing, and advanced techniques for 3D and wedding cakes.
  • Fondant Session: Hands-on experience with jungle-themed fondant decorations.

Week 3: Desserts & Confectionery

  • Desserts: Preparation of mousse, Neapolitan desserts, rum balls, cupcakes, and muffins.
  • Tarts & Cheesecakes: Master the art of creating cold cheesecakes and classic tarts.
  • Molded Chocolates: Learn to craft handmade molded chocolates.
  • Natural Ice Creams: Introduction to making natural, homemade ice cream.

Week 4: Savories, Business Skills & Assessment

  • Breads & Pizza: Baking a variety of breads and pizzas.
  • Cookies & Puff Patties: Techniques for making classic cookies and puff pastries.
  • Marketing & Business:
    • Understanding customer preferences.
    • Marketing strategies for bakery businesses.
    • Storage, supply chain management, and menu preparation.

Assessments & Certification

  • Written Test: Evaluation of theoretical knowledge.
  • Assignment: Practical application of learned baking skills.
  • Viva: Oral assessment to review understanding.
  • Certification: Awarding of a professional certificate upon completion.
