The true essence of gourmet baking lies in using finest natural ingredients to prepare creative products. It requires a high level of skill and using the right techniques to produce desired outcome. This course helps beginners to learn the skill from the basics while it can give a lot of reasoning for self-learnt bakers who struggle to achieve professional standards. The course is designed to give step-by-step learning in baking variety of products including breads, cookies, cakes, french macarons and desserts.
Skill training is all about practice. At Lathas, we give utmost importance to ensure every student is confident with the topic. Apart from the classroom training, students will be given everyday assignments that'll help them refine the skills and gain confidence to progress to newer techniques.

To Register-

The Baker Certification Program happens once in 2 months period. We intentionally keep the batch size small to ensure that each student benefits from individual learning support. Seats are filed on first come first serve basis.
