Enrollment Procedure
Step 1: Request an Application
- Applicants must be 18 years or older.
- Fill out the interest form (link provided).
- Based on your demonstrated interest and commitment, we’ll email your acceptance along with the official application form.
Step 2: Submission & Enrollment
- Print and complete the application form.
- Submit the form at the academy or courier it along with photocopies of required documents and the ₹40,000/- booking advance.
- Upon receipt, your seat will be officially reserved.
Step 3: Remittance of Course Fee
- The course fee is divided into two parts for convenience.
- Upon receiving the first installment, materials will be prepared for you.
- The remaining fee must be paid before the course begins.

Diploma in Bakery and Pastry arts is full-time, with intensivepracrical training. This is one of the reasons why we will be able to cover a wide range of topics in a short duration. Students will spend five days a week, from monday to wednesday (9am - 5 pm) for practical training and the other days to complete the practice work, assignments, projects and weekly assessments. Theory sessions will also be accomodated along this schedule.
however, After the first term students may have to attend special events during weekends which will be hosted by them.
This course is suitable for amateurs but prior knowledge, research, and passion in this field will be helpful to reach higher goals
